How to Apply Brazil eVisa

Provide Application Details

Provide the application details and upload the necessary documents. You can apply for your visa through our online platform using your computer or mobile phone.

Pay the Fee

After providing all the required information, you will need to pay the fee through the payment gateway. You can pay with Amex, Mastercard, or Visa credit and debit cards.

Download eVisa

Upon successful payment of the fee, you will receive an email confirming the status of your application. This email will indicate whether your application has been approved, rejected, or if additional documentation is required.

If Your Application is Approved

If your application is approved, you will be emailed a PDF file containing your eVisa. It is essential to download, print a copy of it, and present your printed eVisa on boarding and on landing in Brazil. Additionally, we strongly recommend keeping a copy of the file on your mobile phone for easy access.

Important Note

If you fail to print and present your eVisa at the airport, you will not be permitted to board the plane.

Minor Authorization Form

If the applicant is a minor, an authorization form needs to be filled out and signed by one or both parents. Please download the authorization form and upload the signed version with the minor's application.

At the Airport

As soon as you arrive at a Brazilian airport, the airport authorities will check if you are authorized to enter the country. Be cautious about the paperwork you must bring to prevent any confusion:

Brazilian Citizens

Brazilian citizens are not eligible to apply for an eVisa. If you are a Brazilian citizen, please contact the Brazilian Consulate nearest to your place of residence or work for assistance.

Expired Passport

If you hold an expired Brazilian passport, you must provide official proof of renunciation of Brazilian nationality. If you have not renounced your Brazilian nationality, you are required to apply for a Brazilian passport in order to travel to Brazil.

Please note that the only acceptable travel document for the eVisa application process is a valid passport. Ensure your passport is valid for the duration of your stay.

Stable Internet Connection

To ensure a smooth and successful eVisa application, a stable internet connection is required. For security reasons, an unstable connection may result in error messages during the application process.

Individual eVisa Required

A separate eVisa is required for each traveler, including infants and children. Applications may be submitted for an individual traveler or a family group, with a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 10 applicants per submission.

When completing your eVisa application, make sure that all information exactly matches the details in your passport. Any discrepancies may result in the eVisa being invalid, and refunds are not available once the eVisa has been processed.

Validity of Documents

Your travel document must be valid for at least 1 month before arrival. You can enter Brazil at any time within the validity period of the eVisa, starting from the date it is issued. Once in Brazilian territory with an eVisa, you are authorized to stay for up to 90 days per year. If you need to extend your stay beyond 90 days, contact the Federal Police. Consular posts may take up to 10 business days to process the application.
