What is Accepted
- Capture the bio page in a color image
- Passport is fully visible, including all corners, within the stencil frame
- Acceptable file format: JPEG & JPG, maximum size up to 2MB
- Parents' passport page with signature page required for minor applications
What is Not Accepted
- Black & white or grayscale images
- Tilted or slanted positioning of the passport
- Grainy or low-resolution images
- Any part of the photo or text being cut off or unreadable
- Scanner watermarks or digital artifacts
- Fingers covering any part of the biodata page
- Machine-Readable Zone (MRZ) should be clear and visible
Remember: The passport must be entirely visible within the designated frame, with no edges cropped or obscured.
