1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the brazilevisa.com.br website and submitting an eVisa application through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These terms govern your use of our services, including but not limited to:

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services or submit an application through our platform.

2. eVisa Application Process

The Brazil eVisa is an electronically authorized visa that permits entry into Brazil for tourism, business, or transit purposes.

We provide a tracking system that allows you to monitor the status of your application in real-time. However, we cannot guarantee approval of your eVisa application. The final decision regarding visa approval or denial rests solely with Brazilian authorities.

3. Eligibility and Restrictions

Brazil eVisa is available to citizens of:

Note: Brazilian citizens are not eligible to apply for an eVisa through our platform. If you are a Brazilian citizen, you must contact the Brazilian Consulate nearest to your place of residence.

Key Requirements:

  • Valid passport with at least 6 months validity beyond intended entry date
  • eVisa valid for 90 days from date of issuance
  • Permits single entry into Brazil
  • Authorized stay of up to 90 days per year

Minors (under 18) require an authorization letter signed by one or both parents. Review all eligibility requirements.

4. Document Submission and Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all documents submitted with your eVisa application are accurate, complete, and authentic. All information provided must exactly match the details in your passport.

Warning: Any discrepancies between your application and passport may result in your eVisa being deemed invalid. Refunds are not available once your eVisa has been processed and issued.

5. Payment Terms and Fees

The Brazil eVisa fee is non-refundable regardless of the outcome of your application.

Payment must be made in full before your application can be submitted for processing. We accept:

6. Visa Approval and eVisa Delivery

Upon successful payment and application submission, your eVisa application will be forwarded to Brazilian authorities for processing and approval.

    Present to airport authorities upon arrival in Brazil

Important: If you fail to present your eVisa at the airport, you may be denied boarding and will not be permitted to travel to Brazil.

If your application is denied, you will receive an email notification explaining the reason. Denied applications cannot be resubmitted, and no refunds will be issued.

7. Application Denial and Rejection

Brazil eVisa applications may be denied for various reasons including but not limited to:

Providing false or misleading information
Incomplete or non-compliant documentation
Ineligibility based on nationality
Criminal history or security concerns
Previous visa violations or overstays
Health or medical concerns
Insufficient travel documentation
Inconsistencies with passport details

The decision to approve or deny an eVisa application is made entirely by Brazilian authorities. We do not have the authority to approve, deny, or overturn decisions made by Brazilian officials.

Upon denial, you may reapply by submitting a new application and paying the full application fee. No refunds are issued for denied applications.

8. Limitation of Liability

Brazil eVisa is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with the Brazilian government, Brazilian embassies, or any official Brazilian agencies.

We cannot be held responsible for:

  • Decisions made by Brazilian authorities regarding visa approval or denial
  • Losses, damages, delays, or inconveniences resulting from visa denial
  • Delays in processing
  • Changes in visa policies or requirements
  • Technical issues with our website or application platform
  • Circumstances beyond our control including government actions or force majeure events

Recommendation: We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances or visa-related complications.

15. Brazil Immigration Processing Delays

While we provide estimated processing times for eVisa applications (7-12 working days for regular processing, 5-7 working days for express processing), these are guidelines only and do not constitute a guarantee.

Important Notice About Processing Times:

  • Brazilian immigration may take considerably longer than estimated processing times
  • Delays can occur due to government processing backlogs, high application volumes, or system issues
  • Government holidays, maintenance periods, and public holidays may significantly extend processing times
  • Additional document requests or security checks from Brazilian authorities may delay approval
  • Incomplete or incorrect documents may significantly delay your application

16. Travel Booking Recommendations

Do NOT Purchase Non-Refundable Travel Arrangements Before Visa Approval

Critical Warning: We strongly advise against purchasing airline tickets, hotel reservations, tour packages, car rentals, or any other non-refundable travel arrangements BEFORE your eVisa has been officially approved and received.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California, USA.

By using our services, you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.

Brazil eVisa is NOT affiliated with the Brazilian Immigration Department or the Brazilian Government. We are a licensed travel agency that provides visa application services on behalf of our clients. Our fees include the government visa fee plus our professional service fee for document review, application assistance, and customer support throughout the process.
